| Summary: | An infraction act is defined as the violation of social norms practiced by individuals in society. Based on this view, the present article was based on the risk factors that are associated with the accomplishment of an infractional act in the adolescence, period of development and physical and emotional changes, where aspects of childhood conflict with the adult world. Was performed a literature review of scientific works produced from the year 2000 to 2016 was carried out in the LILACS (Latin American and Caribbean Center for Health Sciences Information) databases, CAPES / MEC (Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel / Ministry of Education and Culture) and SciELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online) with the key words "teenage offenders" and "adolescents in conflict with the law", in order to list the main risk factors exposed in the scientific literature as associated to the incidence and recidivism in infractions committed by adolescents. The 42 selected scientific works were treated based on Content Analysis, which resulted in nine categories of risk factors. Through of the analysis, it was found that the incidence and recurrence of an infraction act are multifactorial, once the risck factors overlap and coexist. Um ato infracional é definido como violação de normas sociais praticados por indivíduos na sociedade. Com base nesta visão, o presente artigo baseou-se nos fatores de risco que estão associados à efetuação de um ato infracional na adolescência, período de desenvolvimento e mudanças físicas e emocionais, onde aspectos da infância entram em conflito com o mundo adulto. Foi realizada uma revisão de literatura de trabalhos científicos produzidos do ano 2000 a 2016, nas bases de dados LILACS (Centro Latino-Americano e do Caribe de Informação em Ciências da Saúde), CAPES/MEC (Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior/Ministério da Educação e Cultura) e SciELO (Scientific Eletronic Library Online) com as palavras chave "adolescentes infratores" e "adolescentes em conflito com a lei", com o objetivo de elencar os principais fatores de risco expostos pela literatura científica como associados à incidência e reincidência em atos infracionais cometidos por adolescentes. Os 42 trabalhos científicos selecionados foram tratados com base na Análise de Conteúdo, o que resultou em nove categorias de fatores de risco. Através da análise, foi constatado que a efetivação e a reincidência de um ato infracional são multifatoriais, uma vez que os fatores de risco se sobrepõem e coexistem. |
