AB El presente estudio analiza los principales problemas dogmáticos de los artículos 291 CP y 136 de la Ley de Pesca y Acuicultura. Hemos tomado como referencia el conocido caso del Santuario de la Naturaleza Carlos Anwandter (Valdivia, Chile), paradigma a la hora de constatar las deficiencias en la protección del medio ambiente en Chile.
AB This study analyzes the doctrinal interpretation problems of articles 291 of the Chilean Penal Code and 136 of the Act of Fishing and Aquaculture. We referenced the well-known Sanctuary of the Nature Carlos Anwandter Case (Valdivia), which has highlighted the factual and regulatory deficiencies in criminal-law protection of the environment in Chile.
