Todo, con el fin de contribuir a una interpretación de ésta que, sin violar las normas de la correcta hermenéutica y principios generales de la dogmática penal, intente arribar a soluciones dogmáticas correctas, idóneas y sobre todo respetuosas de las garantías fundamentales. | ||
