Posteriormente, reflexiona sobre la práctica de la prueba en territorios indígenas, el testimonio del menor víctima, la práctica y valoración de la prueba con víctimas de violencia sexual en el conflicto armado, así como sobre el estándar de prueba para condenar en la JEP. | ||

Then it examines the criteria for prioritizing and selecting cases in the model of transitional justice, checking the probative value of the contextual evidence and the exchange evidence at this jurisdiction.
