| 520 | |a El estudio que presentamos a continuación forma parte de la evaluación permanente que venimos desarrollando desde hace más de una década en colaboración con la Dirección de Justicia de Gobierno Vasco.En la Ley Penal 5/2000 se contemplan dos medidas específicas para los menores de edad con problemas de salud mental: el tratamiento ambulatorio (de ejecución en medio abierto) y los internamientos terapéuticos (de ejecución en centros educativos). La investigación que presentamos ha analizado el perfil psicosocial de las personas menores de edad objeto de estas dos medidas durante el año 2019 y 2020 en la Comunidad Autónoma del País Vasco. Observamos muchas ausencias de diagnósticos de los chicos y de las chicas a pesar de la naturaleza de las medidas impuestas y apreciamos diferencias entre la población general adolescente infractora y el grupo estudiado. | ||

The research that we present has analyzed the psychosocial profile of minors who have been imposed one of these two measures during 2019 and 2020 in the Basque Country. Its objective is to know in depth the profile of juvenile offenders with mental health problems.In addition to observing many absences of diagnoses of boys and girls despite the nature of the measures imposed, we note differences between the general adolescent population offenders and the group studied. | ||
