| Summary: | Children and adolescents who inevitably find themselves in the need to report an act of which they were victims, should know that being heard and participating in the justice process is a right they have and it is important to assert, it also serves as a mechanism of protection and crime inhibitor thereby achieving the cessation of violence, provides a sense of dignity and important resignification for their recovery, noting that the path of silence will never be the option to crime and re-victimization will never be the cost of justice. Los niños, niñas y adolescentes que inevitablemente se ven en la necesidad de denunciar un hecho del cual fueron víctimas, deben saber que ser escuchados y participar en los procesos de justicia es un derecho que les asiste y es importante hacer valer, sirve además como mecanismo de protección e inhibidor del delito logrando con ello el cese de las violencias, aporta un sentido de dignificación y resignificación importante para su recuperación, señalando que el camino del silencio nunca será la opción ante el delito y la re-victimización jamás será el costo de la justicia |
