AB The present work has the objective of analyzing two problems that exist in schools and that require the intervention of the school criminologist. The problems presented in this work are two: school violence and bullying; and antisocial and criminal behaviors of adolescents. Statistics indicate a high prevalence of these problems in schools and although there are laws that indicate who and how to proceed in cases of violence; It is the criminologist who must demonstrate with his knowledge and training that he is competent to successfully carry out strategies that allow schools to prevent violence and crime.
AB El presente trabajo tiene el objetivo de abordar dos problemáticas que existen en las escuelas y que hacen necesario la intervención del criminólogo escolar. Las problemáticas que se presentan en este trabajo son dos: la violencia escolar y el bullyng; y las conductas antisociales y delictivas de los adolescentes. Las estadísticas indican una alta prevalencia de estas problemáticas en las escuelas y aunque existen leyes que indican quiénes y cómo se debe proceder en los casos de violencia; es el criminólogo quien debe demostrar con sus conocimientos y formación que es competente para realizar con éxito estrategias que permitan a las escuelas prevenir la violencia y el delito.
