AB This legal article aims to show the outcome of previous research; not only about the immigration policies regulations implemented in Colombia in the last years facing the Venezuelan diaspora, but also, about the Colombian society points of view in the matter, an analysis of the Temporary protection Statute for Venezuelan Migrants, key points that may establish more responsibility to the Colombian State and in addition, an analysis about the immigration policies and preexistent social problematics, as well as proposing medium and long-terms solutions.
AB Este artículo jurídico reflexivo pretende divulgar resultados obtenidos de investigaciones previas; no sólo acerca de la normatividad entorno a las políticas migratorias implementadas en Colombia en los últimos años frente a la diáspora venezolana, sino también, sobre la percepción que la sociedad colombiana posee del tema, un análisis explicativo del texto del Estatuto Temporal de Protección para Migrantes Venezolanos, puntos clave que presuponen más responsabilidades para el Estado colombiano y sumado a ello, un análisis de la relación de políticas migratorias y problemáticas sociales preexistentes en Colombia así como proponer soluciones a mediano y largo plazo
