AB Organized  crime  is  a  phenomenon  that affects ostensibly citizen security and the institutionality of a State. Therefore, is useful to explain how this form of criminality can be repressed by criminal law, in spite of the crimes commited by these organizations are attributable to members that do not intervene in the execution of them.
