Particularly, perceptions of procedural justice and legal competence have been analysed. At the same time, their opinions about the interaction with their lawyer have been also examined. Throughout the process, juvenile offenders will have to deal a lot with their lawyers, which will have a big impact on improving their legal competence. Results show that juvenile offenders are not fully satisfied with their judicial experience. Moreover, it has been proved that satisfaction lies on their perception of procedural justice and legal competence. In the other hand, it has also been proved the importance of a previous contact with the lawyer to improve both interactions between them and perceptions on the process. Nevertheless, lawyer´s perceptions are not relevant for global assessment. | ||
