Summary:The human rights of police officers are a key factor to carry out their duties and activities in favor of the population. This article details the regulatory framework for police action; as well as the labor human rights of the police that must be safeguarded. Similarly, to argue the above, the Rights in International Labor Standards are described, as well as the Rights in National Law, such the respect for Human Rights and rights in the provision of the service, as well as those of the scope of the state. In another section, the great importance of the police officers' work activity and the generation of job stress in the public security forces are detailed. And finally, what the police work implies, the violation of their rights, and the consequences that this brings in the growth and impact on crime.
Los derechos humanos de los policías son un factor clave para el correcto funcionamiento para ejercer sus actividades en favor de la población. En este artículo se detalla el marco normativo de la actuación del policía; así como los Derechos Humanos laborales del policía que deben salvaguardarse. Del mismo modo, para fundamentar lo anterior, se describen los derechos en las Normas Internacionales de Trabajo, así como los Derechos en el Derecho Nacional, como el respeto a los Derechos Humanos y los Derechos en la prestación del servicio, así como los del ámbito estatal. En otro apartado, se detalla la gran importancia de la actividad laboral de los policías, y la generación del estrés laboral en los cuerpos de seguridad pública. Por último, lo que implica la labor policiaca, la violación a sus derechos, y las consecuencias que esto trae en el crecimiento e impacto en la criminalidad.
