RT Article T1 How Employers Steal from Employees: The Untold Story JF Social justice VO 45 IS 2/3 SP 119 OP 145 A1 Bittle, Steven A2 Snider, Laureen 1944- LA English YR 2018 UL https://krimdok.uni-tuebingen.de/Record/1747154164 AB This article critically examines wage theft by employers from employees. In addition to documenting how wage theft disproportionately affects marginalized workers, the article reveals how seldom these offenses are recognized as crimes and documents the normalization of wage theft through the neoliberal rhetoric that renders it unseen. The article concludes with suggestions for approaching wage theft as an opportunity to actively resist neoliberal morality in all its (dis)guises.
