AB Die Darstellung von Übergriffen in der Polizei als individuelle Pathologie, begangen von wenigen schwarzen Schafen, blendet den kulturellen Kontext des Polizeihandelns aus. Dagegen weisen die Einblicke in den Alltag der Polizei auf eine wichtige Arbeitsteilung hin: Mit der Konstruktion der Schwarzen Schafe werden institutionell erzeugte Konflikte individualisiert und entlasten die Organisation von der Notwendigkeit, die komplexen Dimensionen des staatlichen Gewalthandelns zu problematisieren und zu analysieren.
