AB Obwohl Gesundheitsförderung ein ressourcen-orientierter Ansatz in Gesundheitswissenschaften und -politik ist, zielt sie häufig doch v.a. auf die Veränderung von Verhaltensweisen i.S. vorgegebener Gesundheitsnormen. Am Beispiel Rauchen wird gezeigt, wie schnell sich eine emanzipativ gemeinte Politik zum Ausschließungs-Risiko fiir bestimmte Individuen und Gruppen entwickeln kann.
AB Although health promotion is a resource-oriented approach in health science and health policy it aims in many cases at changing behaviour in terms of given norms of health. Smoking is used to show exemplarily how an emancipatory meant policy can become an exclusion risk for certain individuals and groups.
