AB The aim of this report is to inform the Scottish Government consultation on the proposal to introduce a statutory power to search young people under the age of 18 for alcohol. The report provides data and analysis on underage drinking trends in Scotland, and on how police officers use their powers of stop and search, and seizure in relation to underage drinking.
