She received her M.A. in International Security & Terrorism at the University of Birmingham, UK and her B.A. in Criminology, Law, & Society at the University of California, Irvine. She has previously worked on projects funded by the Department of Defense Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security and the National Institute of Justice. Kaitlyn’s current research interests include far-right and comparative extremism, extremist narratives, and the psychology of radicalization.
