|b is a Senior Research Associate with the Human Exploitation and Resilience Program at New York University’s Marron Institute for Urban Management. Informed by Black feminist and queer criminology, her scholarship broadly examines the intersections of victimization, marginalized identity, and criminal legal systems. Her research has been funded by the National Science Foundation and ASC’s Division of Feminist Criminology. She has authored several peer-reviewed articles and her work can be found in journals such as Victims & Offenders, Race & Justice, and Journal of Human Trafficking, among others.
