|b Stefan Schuetz is an economist and CEO of the Spitex Basel Foundation, a home health care service provider. He has long term experience in the fields of integrated health care, provider contracting, claims management and product development. During the Swiss Health Insurance Reform he was a member of the Commission "Managed Care" reporting to the Swiss Federal Council. Further he has research experience (e.g. evaluation of health care regulation) and is short term senior consultant for The World Bank. He holds a Master Degree in Economics (University of Basel) and a Master in Health Administration (University of Berne) and is lecturer at the Institute for Health Economics at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences and at the Academy of Swiss Insurance Medicine at the University Hospital Basel.
